Who is Coastal Construction Products?

Coastal Construction Products, Inc., is Florida's largest independent distributor of waterproofing, concrete repair, caulking/sealant, and fire protection products. Founded in 1975, Coastal's stocking warehouses are located in Miami, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Naples, and Pensacola. We also service the Alabama and Mississippi area from our Pensacola location. Coastal represents industry leaders like Carlisle, C.E.T.C.O., BASF (Sonneborn, Masterbuilders, Thoro/Thoroc/Hydrozo), Dow Corning, Five Star, Neogard, Pecora, Sika Corporation, Tremco/Vulkem, W.R. Grace and many other manufacturers.

Coastal is a privately held, family-oriented business. We believe in taking care of our customers, building owners, manufacturers, and our employees. Many of our employees have worked with us for over twenty years, giving us over 250 years of shared experience in the waterproofing industry.

Coastal's technical sales personnel, as well as our manufacturer's representatives, are equipped and capable of providing the attention to design detail required in long-term warranties from these reputable manufacturers.

In suggesting specifications, we want to ensure that the owner's best interest is considered when selecting products, providing proper detailing, and receiving competitive bids from competent application.
